Hatha Yoga - Albert's classes Albert teaches a style of yoga drawing on the precision of the Iyengar tradition, the flow and power of the Vinyasa tradition, and the joy and fun of the Anusara tradition. His classes are 90 minutes. Beginning with sun salutations to warm up, standing poses to develop strength and stamina, back bends for improved spinal flexibility, forward bends as a counter stretch and to calm the nervous system, finishing with inversions and spinal twists to prepare for deep relasxation.

Hatha Yoga-Catherine's classes
Appropriate for all levels, this class uses integration of breath and movement to increase strength, flexibility and flow of energy. We teach our students how to practice yoga with proper alignment while also having fun and meeting the individual needs of each body.

Yoga For Stiffs
Yoga for Stiffs is a basic, beginning level yoga class. This is a wonderful slower pace for those who want to try yoga but may have been intimidated to do so. Yoga poses create an equal balance of strength and flexibility. Join us for an energizing class that increases awareness of your body and coordination of breath and movement. This class is offered on a drop-in basis, so feel free to come and join in anytime!

Albert Trople has been a massage therapist since 1989, and since 1992 he has taught yoga as a means of helping his clients retain the effects of their massage. Albert believes yoga is a perfect complement to an athletic lifestyle. The symmetry of the yoga poses helps clear imbalances from one sided sports and repetitive action. Increased flexibility prevents many sorts of little nagging injuries that can hamper training and performance.
