Far'ha emphasizes character and carriage as she teaches social, group, and solo folkloric dances such as Lebanese & Palestinian Debke, Gulf Khaliji (Arabian) & Bandari (Persian) ; Moroccan Schikhatt and Guedra; Algerian Ouled Nail; Maazin-style Ghawazee; Armenian women's solo dance and others. Far'ha is a versatile performer and costumer whose study of folkloric dance and costume follows the trade routes from Persia, Armenia, Turkey, Central Asia, the Levantine, Arabian Gulf, Egypt, North Africa to Andalucia. Noted for her elegant and inspirational Belly Dance, Far'ha is reknowned for her folkloric performances as a soloist and as part of the amazing duo Far'ha & Joumana. Far'ha is also an emerging flamenco artist, performing with her company "!Sonrisa Flamenca!" She contributes articles to JAREEDA and brings a unique perspective and amazing attention to detail in her teaching, costuming and performance.
