Working from the belief that a strong and flexible dancer is a healthy dancer, classes consist of a thorough warm-up that includes strengthening and stretching exercises, followed by isolation and shimmy drills, and finally basic dance moves and combinations. Each movement is broken down into clear components and then layered back on top of one another to create the magic that is known as Bellydance, and all classes are infused with a definite sense of fun and playfulness.
